Thermal Bonding System​

Thermal Bonding System 116-P is a system for the purpose of bonding or fusing two polymer components together by applying heat and compression to the components using two heated dies while shielding sensitive components from process heat.

Thermal Reflow System

Thermal Bonding System with programmable linear stage (Model: 120-P) is a system for the purpose of bonding or fusing two polymer components together by applying heat and compression to the components using two heated dies and/or laminating the polymer(s) up to 20cm Length by precision programmable linear stage.

Hot Air System

Hot Air System (Model: 125-P) is unique, compact, semi-automated system designed to provide 360° heat through dual nozzles technologies. It can be utilized for polymer fusing, shaping, tipping, heat shrinking, welding/bonding, and tubing expansion.

Hot Air System is highly recommended for catheter development, R&D and moderate to high volume manufacturing applications.

Controller ASSEBBLY

Controller Assembly consists of following components:
• Foot Switch Sub-Assembly
• Pressure Gauge and Air Filter Sub-Assembly
• Emergency Stop Button Sub-Assembly
